- The Government (88 CONS/PKA) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii). (Purchase Request Number: F4FBFQ8310A001) The proposed source is: REFRIGERATION SERVICE COMPANY, CINCINNATI, OH WALK-IN FREEZER UNIT UPGRADES-to modify the current system: Heatcraft Branded Refrigeration Products; the height would increase to 9 feet, providing space for the cooling coils; approximate interior height below coils should be: 6 feet, 4 inches; and the length of the freezer is 12 feet, 6 inches. (QUANTITY: 1 Lump Sum) (Location: United States Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433) This notice is being published for information purposes only, and is not a request for competitive quotations. However, any quotations received within THREE (3) business days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
