- The Department of Defense Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) intends to award on a competitive basis, using simplified acquisition procedures, a contract for Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) services in support of the Special Education Program located at Ft. Bragg North Carolina. The period of performance will be Feb 7, 2009, or 5 business days after the date of award, whichever is later, through 15 Aug 2009, with 2 option years.
