Description

The Library of Congress intends to negotiate with ISSN International Centre, 20 Rue Bachaumont, PARIS 75002 20000, FRANCE for the continued use and access. The ISSN Network is a world wide network of 76 National Centres coordinated by an International Centre based in PARIS, it was established to control the assignment of ISSN numbers that identifies the world's serial publication for it's users. Service will be continued through September 30, 2009. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS EXISTS. NO telephone calls will be accepted. WRITTEN RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE PRICE AND TECHNICAL DATA SUFFICIENT TO DETERMINE CAPABILITY. No award will be based on any offer or proposal received in response to this notice.
