NAICS 238910 - Abandon existing fuel tank and install new fuel tank within the William Guy Federal Building/Post Office/Courthouse, 220 E. Rosser Ave., Bismarck, North Dakota. Security clearances are required for all workers. Solicitation packages will be available on January 5, 2009. Work to be completed in 120 days after notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is $25,000 to $100,000. Payment bond is required. This solicitation may be available on the internet http://www.fbo.gov. To be eligible for award, contractor must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. This procurement is full and open competition.
