Does this pertain to appliances only or the entire unit. Does the bathroom have to have a certain size floor space circle area for handicap accessibility? This applies only to the Appliance. •3. In the "Exterior Door" section it states that the door shall have lever hardware, then in the Exterior Door Lock section it states that the lock should be a flush mounted combo entry dead-bolt lock. We have both level style and flush mount style available just wanted to know which one it is asking for. A lever handle shall be provided to enter the unit, locked by a key and the unit shall also have a dead bolt lock in addition to this operated by a separate key then the lever lock.
