- The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Contract on a planned sole source basis with Control Systems Research, Inc. located in Valparaiso, Florida for Weather Observation Services at 22 Naval Air Stations across the United States plus the Naval Air Station in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The period of performance will be from 1 January 2009 through 30 June 2009. The North American Industry Classification Systen code is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at https://www.neco.navy.mil. The solicitation number will be N00189-09-T-0068. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither it nor its principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency.
