Description

The purpose of this Amendment 0002 is threefold. First, to DELETE Item 0001 in its entirety without replacement. Second, to INCREASE the quantity of Item 0003 (H-P LaserJet Model P3005DN) by 5 each from 10 each to 15 each. Third, to remove all part number references contained in the initial request for quotation. The above changes are reflected on the attached.pdf EXCEL Spreadsheet. The date and time set for initial receipt of your quotation package remains unchanged. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
