- The following additional questions have been received and responses are provided: Q6. Under the Specialized Experience and Technical Competence section, it calls for experience in "stream and urban restoration”. Is this supposed to be “urban stream restoration?" If not, can you give a clarification on “urban restoration”? Is that redeveloping urban areas, looking at environmental issues in urban area, etc? A6. "Stream and urban restoration" simply means stream restoration in an urban environment. Q7. Also, can any further explanation/detail be given on what is included under “water quality”? (Does that refer to stream water quality, drinking water quality, sampling for water quality, etc?) A7. "Water quality"' applies to our projects (rivers and mostly reservoirs). It's stream and reservoir water quality sampling such as temperature, PH, etc. for fish habitat and other species. It's not for drinking water.
