The only approved sources for this item in regards to the specifications plans or drawings’ relating to the procurement are: Falls Filtration Technologies, Inc (Cage 00736) P/N: R9W2388, PTI Technologies, Inc. (Cage 05228) P/N: 7589736 and Hamilton Sundstrand Corp. (Cage 99167) P/N: 5906705. Any Manufacturer not listed above that wishes to submit a source approval request for this item for future procurements should visit http://www.dscr.dla.mil/userweb/sarguide.doc for details on how to submit a SAR package. This procurement is expected to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base Year, O=Option year) Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=81 / Minimum Order Quantity: B=81, O=81 / Maximum Contract Quantity: B=162, O=162 / Estimated annual quantity: =324, O=324. This item has configuration control and is a critical application item. Production Delivery will be 75 days from date of award. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation opening date is 01/05/09; the close date is 02/04/09.
