- Emergency Services Facility Ft Bragg, NC, W912HN-09-R-0001 NAICS: 236220 FSC: Y119 NOTE: Any prospective Offeror interested in obtaining plans and specifications for this solicitation must register on our website at www.fedbizopps.gov Description of work: The scope of work consists of constructing a modified standard design emergency services (fire, EMS, and police) facility for the new Residential Communities Initiative (RCI) neighborhood (Linden Oaks) in the Northern Training Area (NTA) on Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Total building will be approximately 8295 SF. Support facilities include electrical, HVAC, landscaping, and site development, parking, information systems, AT/FP, a standalone communications building to support connectivity between the NTA and the main cantonment area and an area for fire truck basic maintenance and cleaning. This project will be solicited on an unrestricted Full and Open Competitive basis. This project will be procured using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Request for Proposals (RFP) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 15.101-2. The contract will be Firm-Fixed Price. Offerors are required to submit a price and technical proposal. Each proposal shall contain the Offerors best technical proposal and best price. Proposals will be evaluated against the criteria on a GO (acceptable)/NO-GO (non-acceptable) basis. Determining factors are Corporate Relevant Specialized Experience, LEED Expertise and Past Performance. Award will be made to that Offeror whose proposal is technically acceptable and has the lowest price that is determined to be fair and reasonable. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Options may be included. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. Other methods of requesting a package will not be honored. Offerors must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. To locate solicitations, Contractors can go to Fedbizopps and search for the solicitation number at www.fedbizopps.gov. Contractors can register to be put on a plan holders list that others can access through the Fedbizopps site. It is the Offeror’s responsibility to check the Internet address provided as necessary for any posted changes to this solicitation and all amendments. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about the first week in January 2009. Notification of amendments will be through the Fedbizopps site. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disks, faxes, etc.) will be provided.
