- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Pomona Lake Kansas has a requirement for park custodial services for Outlet Park, Management Park, and Wolf Creek Park public use areas at Pomona Lake. The contractor shall furnish labor, equipment, and supplies to maintain this public use area. Facilities to be serviced include: 130 campsites, 3 shower buildings, 3 group picnic shelters, and 12 vault type privys. The contractor may utilize a government furnished campsite. The facilities shall be cleaned 6 days each week with Wednesday being the contractor's regular day off. The contract period is from May 1 through September 30. This solicitation shall be available for down load at www.fbo.gov/index. Interested vendors must print solicitation and mail completed copy to Pomona Project office at the address indicated on the solicitation.
