- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Employee Education Service, Mid-South Healthcare Network, Veterans Integrated Service Network 9, Nashville, Tennessee propose to enter into a non-competitive commercial supply/service contract with the Florida Unlimited Incentives, Incorporation, Montverde, Florida 34756; to provide a three and one-half day training course The Disney Approach to Quality Service for Healthcare Professionals in Orlando, Florida, February 8 through February 11, 2009. The following provisions apply to this acquisition: 852.270-4 Commercial Advertising; 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offer Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and conditions to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders-Commercial Items, including clauses incorporated by reference under Section (b) 15 through 21, and 33. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
