- Military Sealift Fleet Support Command (MSFSC) intends to solicit and negotiate a firm fixed price purchase order for services of an OEM FAIRBANKS MORSE REP to provide technical support on the USNS LEWIS & CLARK 6000HR MAINTENANCE SUPPORT. Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Rep is required. Any offer for other than OEM Rep. will not be considered. This procurement was processed on an unrestricted basis for NAICIS 333618. The vessel availability is from 7 AUG -17 SEPT 2008 in Norfolk, VA 23512 The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on 19 December 2008.
