- Questions and Answers Q. I there an incumbant for this requirement? A. Yes Q. I the analyst required to travel and will the analyst be reimbursed? A. Should the analyst be required to travel, costs will be covered. Q. When do you expect contract award? A. Award in anticipated end of January 2009. Q. Title of the contract states East Africa and on occassion East Asia. Which is correct? A. East Asia Region. Q. What is the citizenship requirement? A. The awardee must be a U.S. Citizen in compliance with Section H.7.2 of the RFQ. Q. Are the estimated hours 1920 and the estimated amount $50,000 realistic? A. As stated, the government estimate for this requirement does not exceed $50,000 per year. Q. What is the educational and experience level required? A. As stated, offers will be evaluated on relevant education and experience in the Region Q. Are you looking for a recent graduate from and international affairs program, or someone with 5 to 10 years experience. A. Either may apply. Q. If the analyst travels outside the USA, international medical etc will be required, Yes? A. Yes
