- NAICS Code: 511210 THIS NOTICE IS CANCELLED: THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT, NOT AN RFQ. NAICS: 511210 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA), Office of Atmospheric Programs (OAP), Climate Protection Partnerships Division (CPPD) intends to award a sole source Purchase Order using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Salesforce.com of Reston, VA. The purpose of this acquisition is to purchase Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Enterprise Edition licenses. This product is the only one that can meet the EPAs' requirements as to search, storage and mail capabilities, ease and flexibility to customize the database platform to meet program needs, enforcement of data quality standards for data entry requirements, security, data import and export capabilities, and the capability to interface with existing EPA program tools and processing. This license is proprietary to Salesforce.com. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Notwithstanding, any firm who believes it is capable of meeting EPA's requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which if received within 7 calendar days of the date of this announcement, will be considered. Responses to this posting must be in writing. A determination not to compete the proposed Purchase Order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
