- This solicitation is being modifed to change only the issue and closing date. The issue date is December 19, 2008 with a closing date of January 20, 2009 All other terms, conditions, and requirements remains the same. See below: Solicitation number is SPM4A6-09-R-0099, IQC08288009041, Stock Number, 5365-01-213-7700, Spacer, Sleeve. Unit of Issue is each. Solicitation is Small Business Set-Aside. Surge and Sustainment may be applicable. NSN is Non-Commercial, Non-Critical Safety Item. The NSN is a Critical Item, Export Control and Drawing Application.Government First Article Testing required. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one (1) year plus four (4) option years. Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 6,096 each. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and each option year is 3,048 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year thereafter is 762 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 3,048 each. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Requested delivery is 113 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Anticipated issue date is December 19, 2008 with a closing date of January 20, 2009. A copy will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil.
