- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Mission Installation Contracting Command, Directorate of Contracting, at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price, Sole Source contract to Space Saver Storage Systems Inc, for the purchase of an additional Space Saver Equipment. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. The announcement/solicitation number is W911S7-09-T-0042 and is posted at the following website address: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. The North American Industry classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 337215.
