- The purpose of this amendment is to correct one sentence of the presolicitation notice. The sentence that is incorrect currently reads: "In order to download a copy of the draft solicitation, vendors will be asked to register their company with the electronic commerce website." It is hereby changed to read: "In order to download a copy of the solicitation, vendors will be asked to register their company with the electronic commerce website." The only change is that the word "draft" has been removed as there is no draft solicitation. All other items in the presolicitation notice remain unchanged.
