- The FAA intends to award a single source contract to Betis Group, Inc. for NetApp hardware and software implementation services, training and on site support for the suite of NetApp products as listed below, to the listed primary and secondary FAA sites below. This contract is being awarded under the authority of Acquisitions Management System (AMS) section 3.6.1.3.5, Noncompetitive Awards to Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses 8(a ). The amount of the contract award will be approximately $102,000. The implementation services contract will allow the installation, configuration, training, and product testing between sites. In order to ensure a comprehensive NetApp backup and recovery solution, the requirement is for one source to provide integration for all products and the corresponding training for all products listed below. The training must be provided by instructors knowledgeable in NetApp software at the locations shown below by various training methods which can include formal classroom on site, informal classroom training, web-based methods, self-paced web accessible training, and over the shoulder hands on training. All initial training must be provided at the time of the initial site implementation. As required by the FAA additional training classes may be required with site locations and training methods to be determined. The list of hardware and software below will be provided. The contractor shall be expected to provide expertise in all aspects of the hardware and software, enterprise integration, training, and acceptance testing.
