- VA Connecticut Healthcare Systems intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Jason Johannesen, of Hamden CT for performing psychiatric evaluations, neuropsychological assessments and performing cognitive remediation treatments. Vender must be a Ph.D. in neuropsychology. This procurement is under the authority of FAR 6.302. Businesses who feel they may be capable of providing these services shall submit all applicable information to VA Connecticut by December 26, 2008. The information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of VA.
