- Notice of intent to issue a sole source Contract, this is not a request for competitive proposals. The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity, Fort Detrick, MD anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract for the final generational enhancement for advanced development of the 21st Century Military Hospital SystemTM (Future Medical Shelter System [FMSS]) with Mobile Medical International Corp., St. Johnsbury, VT. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All proposals (with capability statements) received within 15 days of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There is no solicitation number, for reference use PR Number W806YH83382001. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
