- The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions from prospective offerors. Question 1: How many SF-330’s should we submit? Answer 1: Each submitting firm should submit one original and one copy of their SF-330. Question 2: Is there any more specific information available concerning the request under Specialized Experience to address both potential projects? Answer 2: No more information is available at this time in the process. Question 3: Is Baltimore and Hunt Valley Maryland within the highest rated geographic limits? Answer 3: Baltimore and Hunt Valley are within the geographical limits. Question 4: Will the RFP be modified to allow all small businesses to be considered equally, or will the special preference for Section 8(a) firms be maintained? Answer 4: The preference for Section 8(a) firms will be maintained.
