- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential quoters for a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Healthcare Service Purchase Order for Annual Inspection and Testing of the Piped Medical Gas Systems at various service unit locations within the Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service which include the states of South Dakota, North Dakota, and Nebraska. This will be an option year purchase order with the base year period of performance from Date of Award (est. February 1, 2009) through September 30, 2009; each of the two (2) option years will run concurrent with the fiscal years (October 1 - September 30). The Contractor shall perform according to the Statement of Work. The unit price is an all inclusive cost which is to include travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state and local taxes, plus all other costs pertinent to the performance of the purchase order. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) package will not be posted on FedBizOpps. Requests for the RFQ package, RFQ-09-020, shall be in writing either by email or fax. In the written request please reference RFQ number RFQ-09-020 and provide a postal mailing address, email address, and fax number where the RFQ package can be sent. The RFQ package will be released approximately fifteen (15) days after the date of this publication which will be January 1, 2009. The closing date of the RFQ package is January 16, 2009. This is a small business set-aside.
