- A request for proposal (RFP#N00189-09-R-P011) is being issued to purchase garnet from the Qualified Product Listing (QPL) as GARNET GMS 30 X 60, IAW MIL-A-22262A. Any offers shall demonstrate a satisfactory qualification test prior to award. Estimated quantity is 400 dry tons for the base year plus a (2) year open period of 400 tons each year, for a total of (3) years. Deliveris to be made to the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, Maine 03904. The Solicitation will be posted on or about 1/20/09. This can be downloaded and submitted directly to PNS as listed.
