- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Division of Contracting and General Services is issuing a Request For Proposal number 201819R008. This will be a full and open competitive solicitation. We are seeking contractors in the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238910; Site Preperation Contractors. Work will consists of a contractor to provide selective clearing services for an approximately 300 acre area along an estimated 6 river miles of the Pecos River Plain located in the Bitter Lake National Wildlife Refuge, New Mexico. Solicitation will be issued on or about 18 December 2008. All prospective contractors are advised to review all period of performance and site visit information details contained in the Scope of Work.
