- The purpose of this Announcement is to advertise that we intend to add the below NSNs onto commercial Contract SPM7L107D7002. The original contract contains clause DLAD 52.216-9006 (AUG 2005) - ADDITION/DELETION OF ITEMS. The Add-on procedures under P2 – 9.0 of the contract will be followed. The scope of this contract is for all Tire NSNs managed by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) related to Armor/Tactical Vehicles, vehicles, and equipment end-items application. These NSNs follows under that scope. There will be no separate solicitation issued for this action. Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
