- The following is an amendment to the above synopsis (updated December 18, 2008): 1)The following sentences: "The three-day shutdowns are not yet determined and shall occur between October 2009 and September 2010. The successful offeror shall receive ninety (90) calendar days notice prior to the first shutdown event. The successful offeror shall receive thirty (30) calendar days notice prior to the second and third shutdown events." are hereby replaced with: "The three-day shutdowns are not yet determined and shall occur between October 2009 and July 2010. The successful offeror shall receive ninety (90) calendar days notice prior to each shutdown event." 2) The following sentences: "The solicitation package (Including specifications, drawings, offer forms, clauses, and provisions) will only be available electronically. It will be available on or about December 18, 2008." are hereby replaced with: "The solicitation package (Including specifications, drawings, offer forms, clauses, and provisions) will only be available electronically. It will be available on or about January 6, 2009."
