- This is an intended sole source procurement of OEM (Vulkan) PTO clutch coupling repair parts for the USNS Guadalupe (T-AO 200). RFP to be issued on or about 23 December 2008. Only OEM (Vulkan) parts are acceptable. Any offer for other than OEM parts will not be considered. Award will be made on an "all or none" basis. Otherwise successful offeror must maintain current registration in the Central Contractor Registry in order to receive award.
