- The Defense Media Activity has a requirement for two Norsat manufactured portable satellite uplink systems. This is a Brand Name Only procurement. The Government will consider proposals only from authorized resellers of the manufacturer. The contractor must quote on all items and quote FOB destination. Proposals will be considered from all responsible and responsive business concerns. The solicitation will be posted on this Website within five days of this posting. All offers in response to this solicitation must be in writing and delivery to the above address, e-mailed to cedrick.williams@dodmedia.osd.mil or faxed to (951) 413-2432 by the time and date indicated.
