- RFQ-PCS-2008 Pest control treatment, inspection, consulting and re-treatment service to Jacksonville Job Corps Center. Services requested are for ten (10) building as listed in enclosure one (1) Jacksonville Job Corps Site Plan. Service must include initial and periodic pest control treatments, external buildings and dumpster areas rodents and ant control. In addition Bi-weekly inspections and treatments as necessary of restrooms, dining room, storage, dishwashing areas, kitchen prep, backdoor dock areas entry ways and. I must also include placement and maintenance of kitchen area tin kats. The service must include semi-annual treatment of all dormitories and office spaces. A tour of the facility will be conducted the week 15-19 December 2008. For scheduling contact the Maintenance Supervisor (904)360-8271.
