- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation 601819Q552, Hoist, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-28, effective 12 December 2008. (iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423120, Motor Vehicle Supplies and New Parts Merchant Wholesalers, with a small business size standard of 100 people. (v) The Contractor shall provide the following items: LINE ITEM 0001 - HOIST Quantity - 1, Unit of Issue - each (vi) The desired hoist configuration is as follows:a. FOUR-POST MODELb. 27,000 LB. CAPACITY WITH 2 - 12,000 LB. ROLLING JACKSc. ELECTRIC HYDRAULIC POWER SYSTEMd. MULTI-POSITION SAFETY LOCKSe. 263" RUNWAY WITH RAMPSf. ALI APPROVAL The price will include delivery and installation. The price will be F.O.B. Destination (vii) Delivery time and Location: Delivery and installation will be required within 90 days of the date of award.
