- Amendment 0001, Quantity has been reduced to 30 each, PRLI 0001 and 559 each for PRLI 0002 with 100% quantity option. All other terms and conditions remain the same. RFP for NSN 5120-01-052-5642, Puller and Pump, End. Solicitation number SPM4L1-09-R-0032, PR 0020514405, US Jack Co., Inc, cage 0E3L5, part number 24-52701, and SPX Corporation, cage 45225, part number 61269. The government can not provide the data. Only those vendors who can provide traceability to the approved source should quote. PRLI: 0001, 30 each, PRLI: 0002, 575 each. Required delivery: 90 DARO. Required delivery: 90 days ARO. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is at Destination. This is being procured as full and open competition (FAR 15.404-1(b)(2)(i). This procurement is being procured under “Other than Full and Open Competition Procedures” under 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) Unrestricted procurement. The solicitation will be available on or about December 31, 2008 and will close on or about January 30, 2009. The final contract award decision will be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factor as described in the solicitation.
