- Please view Manual Submission W911SE09FLTC1 for PWS and RFI attachments. The purpose of this Announcement is to identify potential Business Sources Only. Interested Companies within this socioeconomic category must respond to the Sources Sought Announcement no later than 2:00 pm 14 January 09, by providing firm, quality and quantifiable information. Interested Companies must also demonstrate potential contract approach based on the information provided. It is imperative that the potential offeror explain technical capability and responsibility of being able to fulfill this requirement by providing relevant current, past performance and experience. Brief Description of Requirement: The basis of this requirement is to perform Logistics Training Cluster in support of Forces Command (FORSCOM). The Army has a requirement for a five year Contract with a base period beginning on or about 30 September 2009 and four 12-month option periods. The training will consist of Water Purification Teams, Crews, Platoons, Detachments, and/or Water Supply Companies in the operation of the 3000 Gallon Per Hour (GPH) Reverse Osmosis Water Purification Unit (3K ROWPU), 600 GPH ROWPU, Tactical Water Distribution System, (TWDS), and Water Storage and Distribution System (WSDS), Tactical Water Purification Systems (TWPS), and Lightweight Water Purifier (LWP) on a sea or fresh water source. Conduct operator and organizational maintenance on the training site equipment. The contractor shall assist representatives of Directorate of Logistics/Civilain Military Operations (DOL/CMO) in maintaining the equipment used for training and to maintain information regarding the equipment. Provide lanes training for systems. This program will also train and assess the strengths and weaknesses of quartermaster units warfighting skills in the execution of critical tasks centered on Quartermaster core tactical systems lanes training such as the 3000 Gallon Per Hour Reverse Osmosis Water Purification Unit (3K ROWPU), 600 GPH ROWPU, Tactical Water Distribution System, (TWDS), and Water Storage and Distribution System (WSDS), Tactical Water Purification Systems (TWPS), Lightweight Purifier (LWP). Assist in the deployment and employment of water assets for exercises and contingency operations. Provide lanes training for Water & petroleum, oils, and lubricants (POL) systems and tactical convoy lanes. Radian, Inc. is the present contractor. Your Company must provide documentation of the information requested in this Request For Information (RFI) in not more than 10 - 15 pages. Your Company must show full Capability with regard to key personnel knowledge and experience, complexity, size and dollar value to include full scope of work, Contact numbers and Points of Contact.
