- SOLICITATION NO:W91B4N-09-T-5015DATE:17 DEC 08 DESCRIPTION:BIRD AIRCRAFT STRIKE HAZARD (BASH) CONTROL SERVICE RE:Pre-solicitation Notice The Joint Contracting Command Afghanistan, Regional Contracting Center, Bagram Airfield, has a requirement for bird aircraft strike hazard (BASH) control services. The performance period is for one 12-month basic period, and three 12-month option periods. This procurement is full and open to all offerors. Paper copies are not available. It is the responsibility of all interested parties to review the FBO website frequently for updates/amendments to any and all documents for this solicitation. The closing date and time for submission of proposals will be contained in the solicitation package.
