This requirement is for: PERSONAL SERVICES: Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, material, transportation and supervision for Dental Treatments at Yakima Readiness Center, 2501 Airport Lane, Yakima, Wa. 98903-1297 on 9-11 Jan 09. Clinn 0001- Approximately 69 Dental Treatments. $_______________.Unit Price Shown on Dental Pricing Sheet. 1.MUST HAVE MOBILE VAN capability for this event. Vendor should NOT assume there will be adequate power connection with the building and bring their own generator. 2.Anticipated start time is Noon-1800 Friday and 0800-1800 on Saturday. Hours may be extended on Friday and Saturday night to accomplish the mission. This does not include set up and tear down time. Do not anticipate the need to work past 2100 hours either day.
