- REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) SOLICITATION: The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Southern Paiute Ageny, seeks firms which can provide all labor, materials, equipment and services to renovate the interior of four (4) residences to remove known friable and non-friable asbestos containing building materials (ACBMs) including spray-on and trowel-on ceiling texture(s), and asbestos vinyl sheet flooring, vinyl floor tiles, and mastic. Replacement of these materials is required in accordance with the Scope of Work. Work area is located in St. George, Utah. Offers shall be in conformance with the unit bid schedule. Estimated price range is: $25,000 to $100,000. ISSUE DATE IS O/A 23 DECEMBER 2008. DATE FOR RECEIPT OF QUOTE RESPONSE IS COB 08 JANUARY 2009.
