- This combined synopsis/solicitation was prepared IAW FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number is H92222-09-R-0008 and is issued as a RFQ. The solicitation is a 100% service disbled veteran owed small business setaside. The North American Industry Classification System is 333314. The small business size is 500 employees. The Government intends to award one contract as follows: CLIN 0001 WATEC CAMERA: 100 EACH, WAT-1000T NTSC-WATEC CCD COLOR CAMERA WITH THE TAJMI CONNECTORS CLIN 0002 WATEC CAMERA: 200 EACH, WAT 902h3t ULTIMATE EIA-WATEC CCD BLACK WHITE CAMERA WITH THE TAJIMI CONNECTORS DESIRED DELIVERY DATE IS 60 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF ORDER FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION. The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR 52-212-3 Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items (all offerors shall include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal); FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, paragraph (a) and the following clauses in paragraph (b): 52.219-27, 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-1, 52.232-33. The following addenda is provided to this provision: Bidder's quote shall contain: RFQ NUMBER; TIME SPECIFIED FOR RECEIPT OF OFFERS; NAME; ADDRESS; TELEPHONE NUMBER OF BIDDER; TERMS OF THE EXPRESSED WARRANTY; PRICE, ANY DISCOUNT TERMS AND CONDITIONS. All payments are to be paid via the Internet through the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system. WAWF may be accessed at https://wawf.eb.mil. WAWF training may be accessed online at http://www.wawftraining.com. Payment information may be accessed using the DFAS website at https:www.dfas.mil. Your purchase order/contract number or invoice will be required to inquire status of your payment. Quote shall also contain all other documentation specified herein. Signed quotes must indicate quantity, unit price (for destination) and total amount for each item. Offerors that fail to furnish the required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration.
