- Description
- The Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires Services to Provide Sustaining Engineering and Technical Support Services for a Roofing Engineered Management System (ROOFER) at various Army installations throughout the US. Services will include conducting implementations at installations that have not developed an initial ROOFER database and installations that have an existing ROOFER database developed through a previous implementation effort. Individual implementations at Army installations will include all or some of the following activities for their roofing assets: develop a ROOFER database to include roof inventory information, conduct visual inspections, conduct aerial infrared moisture surveys, perform gravimetric analyses on roof core samples, perform roof condition assessments, input inventory and inspection data into the ROOFER module of the web-based Sustainment Management System, and provide reports, outbriefings, and training to personnel. The Contracts Office intends to award multiple firm fixed-price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts for a base period with four (4) additional one-year option periods. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The total value of all line items is anticipated not-to-exceed $7,500,000. Task orders issued under the awarded contracts will be issued on a firm fixed-price basis. All responsible small business sources capable of providing the services requested are encouraged to submit a proposal. Request for Proposal (RFP) W9132T-09-R-0009 will be issued on or about 15 January 2009 with a closing date on or about 17 February 2009.
