- The USCG Engineering Logistic Center has a requirement for the following: NSN: 4320-01-492-8238, Pump UNIT, Centrifugal, base mounted pump assembly- pump, motor coupling, coupling guard and mounting base. Pump: 2x3-6 S-Frame, includes CD4MCU Stainless Steel impeller size 5.35", all other wetted parts 316SS, shaft, 316ss, cartridge seal aw chesterton 180-12, CSSN-12 seal CB/TC/EP/316 SS, sight glass on opposite sides, ANSI 150 lbs flange, 250 GPM, 250 PSIG, Head 97.7, rotation: CW. Motor: 10HP, frame 215TC, IEEE-45, nema std TEFC Enclosure, 3550 RPM, 3 PH, 230/460 VAC, 60hz., with C-frame motor adapter, 1.15 S.F., coupling: Mfr: Woods 6S, with Osha rated coupling guard. Base: 12" x 42" steel channel, Part no. 2x3-6. (Qty 3 ea). The United States Coast Guard intends to award a contract for supplies or services on "full and open" competition. Blackmer Part no. 2x3-6 or equal. Interest persons may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The Coast Guard does not intend to pay for information solicited. This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items and is issued in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and pursuant to FAR Part 6.302-1and HSAR 30521. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotations shall included, proposed delivery in days, pricing for items individually packaged, marked and bar coded, and the company’s Tax Identification number and Duns Number. Quotations shall be received no later than 12/17/08. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received shall be considered by this agency. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are that in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC-2001-26, and FAR subpart 4.12 ANNUAL REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS, the use of ORCA is mandatory as of January 1, 2005. ORCA is available through Business Partner Network (BPN), www.bpn.gov Contractors will use ORCA to electronically submit annual representations and certifications (REP & CERTS). Contractors will no longer be required to submit hard copies of ORCA, they must have Central Contractor Registration (CCR) record and a marketing partner identification number (MPIN).
