- The VA Eastern Colorado Healthcare System (ECHCS) located in Denver, CO intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Centura Lab Outreach, P.O. Box 1893, Denver, CO for highly specialized genetic testing for Renal Biopsy. This laboratory has the ability to provide a preliminary diagnosis within twenty-four (24) hours. This ensures that the Renal Clinicians are able to diagnosis prompt treatment decisions within the required test turn around time. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302 - Only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy this requirement. This notice of intent is not for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any laboratory that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within six (6) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
