- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC) is soliciting proposals for professional leadership coaching for the developmental of enhanced management and supervisory skills for the Office of Aviation Research and Technology Development. The FAA anticipates to award one (1) Time and Materials (T&M) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a period of 5 years to the responsive /responsible offeror whose proposal provides the best value to the Government. The evaluation will be based on the following three (3) technical factors: (1) Technical Approach, (2) Corporate Experience, and (3) Key Personnel. This is a Very Small Business set aside procurement with applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. The size standard is $3.5M. Interested parties responding to this solicitation are directed to the attached SIR. All questions/ inquires must be provided in writing by Friday, July 18, 2008 to Phyliss Reaves at phyllis.reaves@faa.gov Proposals are due no later than January 7, 2009 by 2:00 PM, EST. Prospective offerors are hereby on notice that any amendment(s) issued to this solicitation will be published at http://faaco.faa.gov under current announcements for the William J. Hughes Technical Center. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement. This announcement does not obligate the Government to award any effort resultant from SIR DTFACT-09-R-00003.
