- The US Army RDECOM CC, Natick Contracting Division plans to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis, in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 to TLC Research Solutions, LLC, New Braunfels, TX. The six (6) month effort is for the services of a Clinical Research Coordinator for the Naval Medical Center, San Diego's Spatial Orientation Center Program. Due to increasing complexity of FDA-regulated clinical research and otolaryngologic investigations, SOC requires a senior clinical research administrator with professional expertise that combines an extensive knowledge of biomedical/clinical research with otolaryngologic disease principles and methods. TLC Research Solutions has unique experience as a Research Director for the Spatial Orientation Center and is familiar with current investigators, protocols, regulations, databases and processes already in place.
