- ***ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE Electronically in Federal Business Opportunities Jan 5, 2009. *** The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities (except as otherwise specified), to perform the Statement of Work/Specifications. Work includes: All traffic control measures, scarifying existing road surface, ditch cleaning, adding surface coarse aggregate, creating 2 stockpiles of surface course aggregate, one of which will have a chain link fence around it, replacing 4 culverts, and culvert repairs. Project is on the BLM Upper Willamette Resource Area, Linn and Lane Counties, Oregon. The project can be located as follows: Marcola Site: From the I-5 / I-105 intersection, drive 3.6 miles east on I-105 and turn north on 42th Street exit. After 0.4 miles, turn right on Marcola Road. Continue for 19.3 miles, and turn right on BLM Road # 15-1-9 at the beginning of project. Camp Creek Site: From the I-5 / I-105 intersection, drive 3.6 miles east on I-105 and turn north on 42th Street exit. After 0.4 miles, turn right on Marcola Road. Continue for 0.6 miles and turn right on Camp Creek Road. Continue for 4.7 miles and turn left on Upper Camp Creek Road. Continue for 4.5 miles and turn right on BLM Road # 17-1-9. The project begins at M.P. 0.3. See page 5 in the plans for the other Camp Creek Site project roads. Lost Creek Site: From the I-5 / I-105 intersection, drive 5.1 miles south on I-5 and turn east on OR Hwy 58. Continue for 11.4 miles and turn right on Lost Creek Road. Continue for 3.7 miles and turn left on Eagles Rest Road. Continue for 13.0 miles to beginning of project, BLM Road # 20-1-14. (Road number changes to BLM Road # 20-1-10N after 1.6 miles.) Dollar Stockpile: From the I-5 / I-105 intersection, drive 3.6 miles east on I-105 and turn north on 42th Street exit. After 0.4 miles, turn right on Marcola Road. Continue for 13.3 miles, and turn left on Shotgun Creek Road for 1.0 mile. Turn left on BLM Road # 15-1-31 and continue for 1.7 miles to stockpile site on the right. Lost Creek Stockpile: From the I-5 / I-105 intersection, drive 5.1 miles south on I-5 and turn east on OR Hwy 58. Continue for 11.4 miles and turn right on Lost Creek Road. Continue for 5.8 miles and turn right on BLM Road # 20-1-10.3. Continue for 1.1 miles to stockpile site on the right. Government’s estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This proposed procurement listed herein is set-aside for HUBZone firms in accordance with the Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Act of 1997.
