- Description
- The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting and General Services Office in Portland, Oregon has a requirement for landscape and irrigation services at Seigerwald Lake National Wildlife Refuge, Washougal, Washington. These landscape services will be around a new gorge parking area and trailhead site that is being installed and will including planting and a temporary irrigation system.Basis for award will be 'Best Value' to the government with technical/past experience more important than price. NOTE: This acquisition is a set aside for small business concerns. In the event of insufficient small business participation, award may be made to a large business. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561730 and the size standard is $6.5 million. Solicitation is expected to be issued approximately on December 22, 2008. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring the release of the solicitation package and other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. Solicitation number 101819Q013 may be viewed thru a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition System-Electronic commerce at https://www.fbo.gov/ or http://www.nbc.gov. No further notice shall be posted on fedbizopps. Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at http://www.ccr.gov in order to receive an award under this solicitation. Offerors shall meet at the Steigerwald Lake National Wildlife Refuge, Washougal, Washington, just inside the Columbia River Gorge Scenic Area boundary, between State Route 14 and the Columbia River in Clark County, Washington.
