- IQC08315009049, NSN 4010-01-443-0442, WIRE ROPE ASSEMBLY. The item is used on a TOMCAT F-14 AIRCRAFT. Solicitation SPM4A6-09-R-0187 is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited 100% Small Business Set-Aside; FULL & OPEN COMPETITION AFTER EXCLUSION of SOURCES. The Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 15 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 15 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 60 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 60 each for the base and option years, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 120 each for the base and option years. The requirement is in accordance with basic drawing 9319-25, Rev A, dtd 10/10/1994. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance @ DESTINATION. Delivery is 95 days ARO for the base and option years. This procurement does not have a surge and sustainment requirement. The anticipated issue date is January 05, 2009 & closing date of February 04, 2009. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) will apply; offers will be evaluated based on price offered and past performance.
