- REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 16400 rsf of space yielding a minimum of 13,925 ANSI/BOMA office area and 23 structured and 57 surface adjacent parking spaces for the Veterans Administration (VA). The Government anticipates location of this space at 1701 Directors Blvd, Austin, TX to provide for co-location with existing VA offices. The Government is interested in considering alternative space only if economically advantageous. Prospective offers will be weighted taking into account the cost duplication of IT and telecommunication systems already in place at the existing VA offices at 1701 Directors Blvd. LEASE TERM: 15 years, 8 years firm EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1) Building name and address 2) Square footage offered, 1/8th scale drawing of proposed floor and 1st floor of site 3) Method of Measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 4) Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted 5) Evidence of authority to represent the owner. * all documents should include Project Number 8TX2785 AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the offer enter into negotiations concerning the space to be leased with representatives of Federal Agencies other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration.
