- This is a combined Synopsis /Solicitation/Sole Source for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; the solicitation number for this Request for Quotation is N00244-09-T-0134. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 14. This solicitation is issued on Sole Source basis, under Standard Industrial Code3827. The NAICS Code 333314. FISC San Diego, Ca intends to award, a directed sole-source procurement, a firm fixed contract under authority of FAR 6.302-1 to, Tactical Solutions, Logandale, Nv. with Patented and proprietary rights. This contract is to fulfill the need of the Government for the following: NightStalker 11 model N, 20 Each. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, Only one source. Proposed contract action is for Fleet Imaging Command Pacific... FAR 204-7004 This is a Combined synopsis/solicitation Sole Source for a modified commercial item prepared in accordance with FAR 13 and the format in FAR subpart 12.6,as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation. A Separate Solicitation Will NOT Be Issued Addendum to FAR 52.212-1Paragraph (b) (5; DFARS Clause 252-212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; and addendum Clause DFARS 252.225-7035, Buy American Act-North American Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act-Balance of Payment s Program Certificate.
