- TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. NEW MANUFACTURED MATERIAL. 1. Estimated issue date 21 NOV 2008 and estimated closing/responsedate 22 DEC 2008.2. RFP (or RFQ) #: SPRTA1-09-R-01383. PR#: FD2030-09-803324. Nomenclature/Noun: EXHAUST DUCT LINER 5. NSN: 2840-01-498-2989 PR6. PN: 5051M59G077. Application (Engine or Aircraft): F110-1008. AMC: 1C9. History: Qty: 19 Source: B.H. AIRCRAFT COMPANY10. Description: Exhaust Duct Liner is a convoluted duct with rowsof aspiration holes circumferentially staggered axially with four rowsof exterior hangers. Functions are to direct fan discharge air to coolinner surface of the exhaust duct from the extreme heat of the exhaustgasses. Dimensions are approx. 80 inches long by 40 inches in diameter.Material is INCO 625 Nickel Alloy. 11. An indefinite delivery contract is contemplated, a three-yearcontract. BEQ for the 3 years (36 months) is 412; Minimum quantity for3 years: 34 ea, Maximum quantity for 3 years: 618 ea. Quantity rangeswill be specified in the solicitation.12. Mandatory Language: Award will be made only if the offeror, theproduct/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements atthe time of award in accordance with FAR 52.209-1. AWARD WILL NOT BEWITHHELD AWAITING QUALFICATION. Potential sources are not to utilizeintellectual property developed by the Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM) or any third party. The purpose of theOmbudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director orcontracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues,disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate governmentpersonnel.
