Description
THIS GENERAL DESCRIPTION IS CLARIFIED TO BREAK OUT OFFICE AND WAREHOUSE SPACE AND TO ADD WARE YARD SQUARE FOOTAGE REQUIREMENTS. THE RANGE OF WAREHOUSE AND WARE YARD SPACE IS GIVEN TO ACCOMMODATE THE POTENTIAL OF COMBINING TWO REQUIREMENTS. POTENTIAL OFFERORS SHOULD ASSUME THE GOVERNMENT WILL REQUIRE THE GREATER AMOUNT OF SPACE AND POTENTIALLY BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE THOSE SQUARE FOOTAGES. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 37,000 ANSI/BOMA Rentable Area to yield a minimum of 33,614 to 36,000 square feet of ANSI/BOMA Office Area (Usable Square Feet) of contiguous office and related use space along with 2,555 to 5,055 USF of Warehouse, along with 2,700 to 7,700 USF of Ware Yard space, along with 125-134 parking spaces for government vehicles in Boise, Idaho. The Delineated Area is: East Boundary: West side of Cole Road West Boundary: East side of Millenium Way South of Interstate 84 and East side of N. Webb Avenue North of Interstate 84 North Boundary: South side of East Pine Avenue that turns into W. Executive Drive then into W. Emerald to Cole Road South Boundary: North side of Victory Road The proposed lease is for ten years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety, Seismic Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Expressions of interest should be submitted to the following person and address in writing, via email, or via fax, and should provide the site address, size, and the offered square footage.
