- NSN: 3740-01-412-9363. Solicitation Number SPM4A609R0084. Anticipate an Indefinite Quantity Contract prepared IAW with format in FAR 13.5. Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) Quantity which is 2,532 for the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (Base Year Only) is 633. The Maximum Contract Quantity is 5,064 for the base and option years. The Minimum/Maximum per order for the base and option years is 633 / 2,532. Solicitation will be issued under the procedures of Full & Open Competition after exclusion of sources as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. This is a commercial item. FOB is Destination. Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination. MSDS and OSHA Hazard Warning Label are required. Quantity Variance is plus 0% or minus 0%. Required delivery is 30 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. DLA-Direct delivery will be to Susquehanna, PA (AN5) & Tracy, CA (AQ5) only.
